PC Freezes, forcing me to restart. Also, USB drivers bug out.

Occasionally, (often) my PC will freeze (mostly while playing any game) and force a restart. Also, my usb ports all begin to fail. My keyboard starts turning on and off, my mouse becomes hardly responsive (I can move it, it just lags a ton) but all the lights remain on. This also is fixed by a restart, temporarily. Sometimes the freezing or usb failures don't start for a couple hours. Other times within a minute of restart. I've Googled and searched and tried many of the fixes, but none work.

I have an Intel Core i5-6400. Windows 10 Pro. GTX 750.

PSU: EVGA Power Supply ‑ 80 PLUS ‑ 500W
8GB RAM DDR3

Did you put standoffs in the case, before you installed the mobo?? If you didnt things will short
