Hard drive is locked partition is not showing in diskpart

First time when started my laptop it's automatic diagnose is started then it's shows turn off pc or advance option when i goes into cmd and type chkdsk C: /r /f /x it's only showing vol 0 that is cd rom and vol 1that is my removable usb but it's not showing my hard drive that is 1 TB hard drive i think it's locked and how can i recover my hard drive provide solution for that

Download Ultimate boot cd (ubcd in google) and boot up gparted. If gparted is unable to see your harddrive then it is propably not connected. If so, check BIOS if you can find it there.

So you boot to Windows?
Have you looked in Disk Manager to see what you can do there?
