Can I use monitor mounts upside down ?

Hi, I would like to buy a monitor arm to free some space on my desk. I researched what models are available in my country, and found this: SilverStone ARM11SC. Here is Linus´s youtube review. Do you guys think it would be possible to mount it upside down,so it would hang from the top? Thanks for answers.

I don't think so, at 2:50 you see the arms just sit on the shaft so if mounted upside down they would just slide off.
