60hz to 144

I accidentally changed my 60hz monitor to a 144 how can i change it back? Cant see a thing

most important question is "why would you want to change it back from 144Hz" ?

No i meant my monitor is only 60 hz but i accidentally made it to 144hz

how you check the monitor refresh rate ?

You'd need to create custom resolution with custom refresh rate and then apply the settings.
You can't do that accidentally.

To fix it, boot into safe mode and undo your configuration changes.

Its all good now, i went to bios and reset video settings
