administrator privileges required plz help

hello. i hv 2 account one is local and 2 is administrator acct ....why i dont hv full permissions to run application and whenever i run the application it just says "administrative privileges required"on local acct...but i can run file on administrator acct without any msg..regarding safety purpose we sould hv local acct because of virus andi thnk u all know that so how to give permission to local acct

Well. that's why one account is administrator and local account is restricted.
