Help me please, Can't post, reply or do anything

I go to the forum page and pres ask the community, but no matter what i put in the title box, it says please provide more detail. And then i try to reply to someone, but the text box dissapears. To post i have to go to the forums home page and use the tiny box on the right hand side of the page
