How do I change my Documents location?

So I have three drives I use in my computer, my boot SSD, a 1TB main storage, and a 250GB media drive for things like music, pictures, and videos. The only thing I don't like about this is how Windows gives you the Documents, Videos, Pictures, and Music folders already created, but they are located with the Wimdows installation on the SSD where I don't want to keep any of that. So how do I move these Libraries so that they are on the proper drives, but still recognized as libraries by Windows? (and I don't mean adding the individual folder into the Library, I want to move the entire Library destination) Thanks!

Actually, 10 (and 8.1) is different than 7.
Similar, but if you follow the directions for 7, bad things happen to the entire drive.

Good to know, it's been so long since I've had to do my redirection I blanked on the differences.
