Whenever I put my computer to sleep, or even shut it off all the way and boot it up again, I have to disconnect and reconnect my Wifi adapter for it to work.if I don't disconnect it it will say that it's plugged in, but that no networks are found even after disconnecting it and reconnecting it I have to select my network each time even though it's set to connect automatically. I'm not sure if this is an issue with Windows 10 (I never had this issue with windows 7) or the compatibility of my WiFi adapter.

yes, this happens, with some brands, dlink, tplink does that too

if you dualboot with linux it cn happen too, try to disable and reenable, if that doesn't help, unplug and plug back the usb adapter or try to stop using the sleep function on the laptop and be sure to connect it on a port different than the one with quick charge on it, if avaialble

I don't dual-boot with Linux and I'm trying to find a way where I don't have to unplug and plug it back in every time. I've tried different ports but that doesn't seem to work either.
