New PC Build

Im doing another budget PC build. Im not a gamer but will do emulation and loads of video recording and editing. So far I bought 2 items:
CPU:G4560
Motherboard:Asus B150i Pro gaming itx
Ram: About to buy Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 8 GB Kit (4 GB x 2) DDR4 2400
Case: Planning to get Thermaltake Suppressor F1 Mini ITX Case With Window
GPU: Will get GTX 1050 Ti
PSU: ?
Cooler: ?
Storage: Planning to get 120GB SSD for OS and 2.5" 500gb/1TB for data

Im fairly new to building PC's this will be the third I will build. Need some advice:
1. Should I get 16gb ram or 8gb will be fine? £56 which seems to be a good price?
2. I found a used a used 120GB Intel ssd but had 4856 hours used and 29 hours power on counts. £23, is it worth getting this or its had long useage?
3. Need a silent cooler and PSU.
4. Was thinking of getting the EVGA variant? Is there one manufacturer that is good for graphics cards?

There is no point to buy 2400 MHz ram, as your motherboard can only use 2133 MHz ram.

Yes, it will run at 2133. You may be forced to set frequency manually, although that's rather unlikely scenario.
