I have this game I wanted to uninstall called 911: First Responders so I could reinstall it due to issues with the sfx sounds not working in a mod I was playing. I could not delete it by normal means and uninstall by steam did nothing so I tried the following:
-used cmd and then admin cmd to delete files.
-malwarebytes scan and webroot scan on game files.
-used webroot a/v file shredder to delete.
-Put delete commands via run menu.
-Made an admin batch file to auto-remove it.
-attempted to reassign permissions in properties.
Everything above failed, couldn't even look into the folders due to access denied errors. Tried to move the remaining files, access denied . Use a file shredder on the files, access denied . I can't even browse the contents of the folders, access denied .
