I change my resolution and my aspect ratio doesn't change with it. Nvidia control panel problem

So recently my custom resolution got really messed up and whenever I try changing my native resolution (1680x1050) to (1920x1080) the aspect ratio doesn't change. And what I want is that whenever I change to 1920x1080, I will have black bars on the bottom and top. my resolution in 1920x1080 used to be fine until today. If you have any questions or what information you need feel free to ask. Oh and also another thing is that I already updated all my drivers, It still didn't work, And I also downgraded drivers and still didn't work.
