Looking to Upgrade to a new 27" IPS Gsync help me decide

Hey guys so I am trying to pick a 27" IPS GSync enabled monitor. I have an Nvidia 1070gtx so that is why I'm set on the GSYNC.

I have been debating between monitors but want to hear other users input and arguments for one over the other to help me decide. I have personally seen the Acer Predator in person as a buddy of mine has one... Monitor looks great but I want to know what everyone's opinion is.. I am normally an Asus guy but that Acer was pretty nice.

I am going to be using the monitor for mostly gaming but also office work here and there. I play alot of first person shooters and strategy games.

If anyone has another recommendation for a monitor I am completely open to everyone's opinions

I would go for the Acer XB271HU as the panel for the Asus (AUO M270Q008 V0) has a reputation for backlight bleed issues while the Acer uses a slightly different panel (still from AUO) that still displays the normal AVHA glow but doesn't have the backlight bleed of the Asus.
