Win 10 "choose when to turn off display" It keeps reverting to 15min. after reboot.I changed it to never in advanced power settings, but nothing seems to work. If something is corrupted is there a place in registry to repair it?

Solution
I don't suppose you are using bitdefender? http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3202389/windows-changing-sleep-timer-option-automatically.html

could try this
Reset and restore the power plans to default.
1. Click “Windows Key + X”, and then click on command prompt.
2. In the command prompt, type powercfg –restoredefaultschemes and hit Enter.
3. Exit command prompt.
Note: This would reset the power plan settings to default. Any previously customized power plans would be removed.
