My screen went black

The computer shows a black screen with a number on the bottom right corner. It shows the number 90 then 92 almost like a FPS counter. Everything turns on such as fans and lights and such. I checked the monitor. I do not what is going on. I didnt do anything to it. I turned it off one night then next day it was like this. I do not know what to do.

I found the solution 92 means its a issue with the keyboard or mouse typically it would be razer but i have a logitec which is odd bit hey it works now
