My emails are taking hours or days to be delivered. This happens when i have attachments on it.

haha. if its fast why is Outlook taking hours to be send an email. there was always attachments on it, but now its just taking forever.

Not really. I have a 250 MB line and reach that pretty much 99.99% of the time. Depends who provides your line and how much you pay for it.

Also depends if it's megabits or megabytes.

Yes. Sending an email using BCC, thats when the email takes longer to send. When using CC the email goes through faster. I guess that was the problem.
