24" IPS monitor for gaming and photoshop

Hi - looking for our son who games and is doing skins for cars in GTAV. Looking for around $200 and under (windows 10)??
Looking at everything from:

HP (complaints of turning off, tho!)

Or does someone have another recommendation? Really appreciate it!!! (I know this is a somewhat tall order for the price...)

The Dell is a great monitor. Great build quality and out of the box the screen looks great. I own a similar Asus, older version, and its always had some issue I have had to deal with and and tinker with. Plus, the Asus you are looking at has an obnoxiously wobbly base.

I know the Dell may be a bit over budget, but your son will be very happy with it.
