Is it okay to leave my CPU Cooler on 3000 RPM while gaming?

I have an i5 4570 CPU but i'm using an i3 2100 Stock CPU Cooler, and I'm wondering if it's safe to leave this CPU Cooler on 3000 RPM while gaming.
PS: I will be buying a new CPU cooler soon,but I need a temporary fix to my high temperatures

If it cools it properly than yes.

Yes, it just means it will wear out faster, but since you're going to replace it soon anyways, it shouldn't be a problem.

But I still kinda doubt a 2100 stock cooler is enough for a 4570.
