Can i run GTA 5 on high (not ultra)????

I have a pc containing specs:
Core i5 650 3.2 Ghz
8 gb ram 4x2 ddr3 upgrade to 16gb ddr3 (I.A).
Radeon rx 460 saphhire nitro 4gb ddr5
psu 450watt
intel dq57tm motherboard PCI-E comapatible
AND i want to run gta 5 on high setting not ultra but high like xbox one without lagging cani i run????
i have a monitor hp 22inch (1680x1050) 720p
so this monitor is not 1080p..........
SOOOO pls tell me can i run it???????

the xb1 doesn't run GTAV on high. it's much closer to medium/low.

The trick with GTAV is most of the lag and skipping is caused by slow hard drives, so unless you have an SSD you won't have a great experience with it even if you had top of the line eq. As for your question, you'll probably struggle a bit at high; around 30FPS or so at high...
