problem with monitor samsung white stamps at black screen

hi i bought a SAMSUNG LC32F391FWUXEN 32'' CURVED FULL HD WHITE 10 days ago and from day 1 i noticed that when i go to dark photos or change my wallpaper to black i can see a lot of big white stamps arround the screen.is that a problem or this display va panel is like this?i noticed it and in games when i go in dark places.
