Why do I keep getting a DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL BSOD?

For some reason, I have been getting a lot of these BSODs recently, and I have no idea why. Do any of you have a fix for this? I did recently delete AI Suite III and some other ASUS drivers for my motherboard since GTAV wasn't working, and that seemed to fix it. However after having re-installing all of these drivers it has been doing this a lot. It would be great if I could avoid doing a reinstall of Windows, since I don't want to lose all my games and save data, etc.

Is your Windows updated from an older one or a fresh install?

Also, what's your specs?

Tried removing and reinstalling the graphics drivers only, using DDU?
