I just installed my new Gtx 1050ti but getting no display on my monitor.

So i just recently installed my new Gtx 1050 ti gigabyte GV-N105TOC-4GD and attached the dvi ( 24 + 1 ) to vga connector. When ever I turn my pc on the monitor does not shows the display.
I took out my graphic card and connected the monitor cable to motherboard display slot and everything was working fine.

My pc specs are :

8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz

Intel Corporation DB85FL
Graphics
HP LV2011 Monitor (1600x900@60Hz)
Intel HD Graphics 4600 (Intel)

I would be very happy if you solve my problem guys. As this the first time i am installing my new gpu.

I don't think it will work without an active adapter on account of it going from digital to analog signal. And active adapters aren't cheap. Is there any chance of getting a new monitor?

I am using dvi to vga connector with my motherboard display port as well and it is running perfectly fine for 2 years!

Hi there, sorry for finding your post so late but try reatarting your pc like 20 times using the restart button.... I cant explain how this works but it does
