Critical Process Died?? Blue Screen

My computer goes into a blue screen and says critical process died this happens mostly when I play games and the disk is at 100% when I open task manager . This is on windows 10 btw. Any idea how to solve the problem?

Run a chkdsk in command prompt. Also, run a memtest to be sure.
