Blue screen before installing windows

I am trying to freshly install windows 10 and once i press any key to boot from the windows 10 dvd, it loads up with the logo of my laptop, and soon as it finishes loading, a blue screen comes up and i cannot go any further. Please help. P. S the mouse pointer happens to be the only thing which is visible apart from the blue screen

where did you get DVD from? did you use the Windows 10 media creation tool to make it?

what are specs of PC?
