Microsoft Word layout has changed, and I don't know how to fix it.

Since this morning, my any opened Word file will not be in the usual layout that should be expected. If I open a brand new Word document, it appears in the usual way. https://gyazo.com/6879fbc1d4897220091352c29f989441

Any way I can fix this?

Perhaps you could change it back to Print layout by clicking the middle of the three icons left of the zoom slider.

You can change it by clicking the icons along bottom right of the document (near the scaling option) to change the layout, the new ones appear to be in Print layout, the old ones in wide I guess (that view isn't in Word 2016)

Try this. Go into File>Options and under General>Start up options see if you have "Open e-mail attachments and other uneditable files in reading view" checked. Uncheck if it is.

This worked for me in Word 2016, when I checked that box I got the web layout when opening existing documents but the print layout when opening a new one, just like your pics show.

I am also running Word 2016 (actually I am running a beta version of Word 2017) and I can also view the layout difference.
