I currently have a MSI P67A-GD80 motherboard I must say it works fine but for some reason a few of the usb's on the back of the pc don't work got me thinking of a replacement.
CPU - i7-2600k @3.4GHz
Video - Visiontek Radeon 6970 2gb DDR5 PCIe2.1
I have a ssd for operating system and a 4 TB data drive.
I have no problem with speed or ever bogging down and at times i am gaming with video chat and on my 3rd screen Netflix for the kids so i would like to continue to do that. since i have to replace the mb i would like an upgrade but if i can still keep the CPU i have. but don't know what to go with since my options in LGA1155 seem to be limited.
