To Tom's Hardware News:
Hi,
On http://www.tomshardware.com/news/ ,whether using Firefox or IE 11, I see a set of 9 spam ads like "Once a star, now bankrupt", "Rebel Wilson shocks the world after loosing 100lbs", "This is how 91% of lottery winners pick their numbers"...
It shows:
- at the bottom of the page,
- between the article and the "About The Author" section
- and overlapping slightly the bottom of the article

Has my computer been compromised or do *you* put these spam ads there? Fyi - some of these links get flagged as security-risks by my anti-malware software.... and since you post a lot of real news about online/computer security, i would find this ironical, and quite unethical from you to put your customers at risk by pushing them to such suspicious sites.

Thank you,
Sebastien M

I see adverts too, but they are completely computer related.
They don't control specifically what ads are shown, but here's what little control they do have.
