Ah I'm not sure what a solid state drive does so I didn't get one. Currently using dual 27" monitors. Not 4k

You have a locked i7 6700 on a Z170 board? So no OC. You didn't mention an SSD of some sort, with that system it begs for NVMe. With a 1200w psu, you could easily go with full custom liquid cooling.
I don't get the question, really. Every component mentioned is over the top. Unless you are into ram intensive apps like 3d rendering, 32Gb is twice as much as needed. Unless you have something in that pc not mentioned that draws huge amounts of power, 1200w is almost twice what's needed. Unless matched with an unlocked cpu and oc'd, you have a massively capable motherboard and no reason for most of its potential.
Apart from the planned gpu purchase, there's nothing to make that pc better. As such. Additions now will only make it different as the core components are already over the top solid choices. Just hope you have a monitor capable of handling the power the 1080ti will produce graphically

I didn't notice it was the non-k 6700.

An SSD is a nice component to have your OS and your favorite games installed on. Maybe an M.2 for your OS and a 2.5" for some games.

Also, what's your current monitor resolution and refresh rate? If you're still at 1080p 60Hz you should upgrade.
