Thumbnails for files and programs slow load on an SSD

I reinstalled Windows 10 a week ago and ever since i noticed something that i hadnt seen in years, thumbnails for files or programs taking a second or two to load.

Im 99% sure it worked just fine on my previous Windows 10 install. Any ideas?
