window 10 won't boot

i put an Acer Veriton M6610G VM6610G Q67H2-AM V1.1 LGA 1155 MOTHERBOARD
because my other motherboard died now window 10 won't boot is it true that window 10 is bound to the old motherboard?That would mean to format my ssd right? an install windows 10 again eh?.

If you swapped boards, and it does not boot with the new hardware...then yes, you need to do a full reinstall of the OS. And everything else.
