Change user folder name of Administrator account

When I did my initial install of Win10 (fresh install) I created my Administrator account with the name of "Grey". I would like to change the name of the Administrator account to "Greyhound". I went into control panel and changed the account name, which worked, but the folder remained named as "Grey" under the "users" folder.
So currently my administrator account is greyhound, but I want to change it's folder grey to greyhound so I want to know what will happen if I change administration account user registry path through reg edit to user ''grey'' to ''greyhound'' in the logged in administrator account
Before doing such things, I will copy entire files in grey to greyhound then give the path
