Dual monitors, different cable.

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read this.
As of right now, I have one big, curved monitor connected to my pc via HDMI, but I'm thinking about connecting a second monitor up to my computer. The problem is that the second monitor uses VGA.
When I'm going to connect both screens to use them at the same time, how should I do it? Is there any specific way of doing it, or should I just connect both and administrate the settings depending on my needs via the "Display Settings" option on the desktop?

There's nothing wrong with a vga screen is there? Your PC should recognize the two.

Ok, I was just little skeptical about if it worked or not! Thanks tho, I'll just try connecting both of them .I'll come back to this thread if I get some problems later!

Try a DP-VGA adapter. Don't try a DVI-VGA adapter.

I understand that using a DP - VGA adapter would be good, but I think I'm just going to directly connect it to my pc
