i5-2500 3.3ghz losing performance

These are my specs, i kept getting worst and worst game performances, fps drops.. I runned Prime95 last week and it found 2 errors on 2 cores. In cpu-z. core speed is constantly going above the normal, like 1.5ghz... I don't understand much of this so.. i'm looking for some help.

What are your CPU temps like? Are you overclocking? How old is that power supply?

My cpu doesn't pass 38ºc to 45º, not overcloking. 3 years i think
