URGENT! How do i reinstall windows 10 with everything deleted

i will be selling my pc in 2 days!!!!!!
but i need to know how to reinstall windows 10 with everything deleted
i tried to media creation tool stuff but it wont even run

It says "there was a problem starting setup. close the tool, restart your pc and then try running the tool again"
Im starting to panic cause nothing is working.
i went in general and security or whatever and pressed the button to refresh the pc, but it wont load ffs

did you try to run the execute or booting it from a usb flash drive?

Delete all your data. If you put it all in your Documents folder, you only have one place to go to. You could also uninstall any programs you bought and want to use elsewhere.
Re using the Media Creation Tool, remember that you'd have to get all the drivers for your hardware from the maker of your PC.

Select Download tool now, and select Run. You need to be an administrator to run this tool.
If you agree to the license terms, select Accept.
On the What do you want to do? page, select Create installation media for another PC, and then select Next.

Im stuck, the tool wont even open.
