Hi everyone,
2 weeks ago I bought MSI RX 480 X 8GB graphic card. I am using 2 monitors, main one is AOC and second one is Samsung.
Problem: Samsung is working fine but AOC monitor be stucked at 640x480 resolution and cant be changeable. I force changed the resolution by using this method: advanced settings > display adapter properties > list all models > 1920x1080. Its ok when I play GTA V or The witcher 3. But some games stacked 640x480 resolution and I cant change them.
*also I suspected that AOC is displayed as a Generic Non-PnP monitor
Solutions that I tried: Re-installing graphic cards drivers, auto-updating monitors drivers. Switching HDMI cable and sockets when PC is turned off without power plugged on.
I know something is not right but I couldn't figure it out.
