Upgrading an old machine. Couple of questions

I am upgrading an old machine as you can get a 3.5 GHz Processor to run on it which is pretty sweet I believe for how old the board is.

I've not built a machine for many years and not kept up with hardware changes.

This is the board. (I have version 3.0)

And I have just purchased an AMD Phenom II X2 570 3.5 GHz HDZ570WFK2DGM CPU Processor Socket AM2+/AM3

Which should work fine and 2 x 4GB DDR2-800MHz PC2-6400 240PIN DIMM

I just have a question on graphic cards.

Which PCI / PCI Express cards can this handle as I don't want the CPU to bottle neck.

Expansion just says:

1 x PCI Express x16 slot
1 x PCI Express x1 slot
2 x PCI slots

Would PCI EXPRESS 2.0 AND 3.0 cards work?

Would for example all the below work? I don't' really want to spend more than £50

Thanks in advance!

More about upgrading machine couple questions
  1. Only the third one would be a sensible choice. Don't worry about PCI EXPRESS 2.0 or 3.0, either would work and with that level of system, performance would not change.
  2. The x16 slot is where the gpu goes. All of those cards will work, but I would go with the 750ti.
  3. Thanks all, that was a quick ebay search. So if anyone could find any good deals for me of whats compatible that would be great! :)

HDMI out would be a bonus.
