Gaming performance difference between MSI Trident desktop and ACER Aspire VX 15 laptop?

Hi everyone, I'm in the market for a new gaming PC and was wondering if any of you could give me a realistic idea of how much more powerful this desktop is-

My current desire is to be able to run most any current game at 1080p 60fps at around medium/high settings, though a 144hz monitor may be in my future in a couple of years. The portability of the laptop would be nice but isn't a huge factor if it would be far below the desktop's performance. Thank you!

At 1080p the desktop would give you 60fps at high-ultra settings, while the laptop would give you 60fps at medium-high settings. Of course every game performs different though, but the difference in performance will remain the same.
