open several tabs on chrome causes lag on pc

If i open like 5 new tabs my computer just lags (mouse moves on slow motion) while the websites load, after the load everything backs to normal.

Tried on incognito mode, new profile and still happens

No virus and disabled HWA

W10 x64,16gb ddr4, i5 6600, SSD

What GPU are you using? Intel HD Graphics? What driver version are you using?

UPDATE: I think its related to java, i disabled it and i got no freeze. But all sites that i use has java. This must be a bug, how can i solve this?

Have the same problem. Just bought a gtx 1070. Until now I did not have this problem.
