Lighting solution for glare monitor Dell S2415H

I have a Dell S2415H and its display is like a mirror it reflects everything.
I know the only solution is controlled lighting in the room.Now i have covered all the windows but when i switch on the tube light it still reflects.
I'm looking for a better lighting solution for my room.
Plz suggest anything like lamps,lights that will work.

That screen is known by users as a glossy screen. There's MANY non-glossy screens available so why not sell it?
