It's been a while since I built a machine but It is up and running no issues *pat on the back*. I can return anything for 30 days so I would like to get some input on my configuration. If there is anything not paired up optimally like maybe my video card is overkill compared to the MoBo and APU. I'd appreciate the input to consider any changes.

To help your evaluation I need a home computer to do the typical Internet and office type of work that can game on occasion or work on my 3D models from Revit.

Well, first thing that comes to mind is that you don't need an APU processor and a dedicated GPU card, it's one or the other. Processor might as well be an Athlon x4 860K for instance.
Rx 460 doesn't benefit much of 4GB of memory and ones with 2GB are cheaper. An SSD would also be a great addition.
