Corrupt/broken files couldn't be copied/moved

I have a video file to be copied to external drive. The video can be played as normal, it would just stopped at the broken partition/segment (not sure what's called). Then it can be played again if I forward the video duration to after the broken segment. Its only one or two segments, that's make it disable to be moved/copied to other partition. The error is 'unable to read from source'. Is there any way to make it possible?

See if it will let you move it to the root of the drive (so like E: ) as then it might let you move it
