random green pixels on my monitor

I have an old gm2200 with dvi and vga connection i know use dvi i have tried with dvi and hdmi convertor but the problem still appears.My specs are r9 280 i5 6600k 16gb ddr4 ssd 250gb 2tb hd.Before i had i vga monitor and he didnt had that problem so i dont think is my gpu.sreenshot http://imgur.com/a/UyTFn

The screenshot looks normal so that means your problem is the monitor

ty for the answer i just tested it after 20 minutes the weird flickering color pixels are gone so i dont know if it is a power thing or something else but on games so far it doesnt appear only on broswer

I had some stuck pixels on my monitor once. Tried putting a white image on fullscreen and left it for a few hours and it made the pixels unstuck.
