Browser hijacker on microsoft edge

So stupid me managed to download a browser hijacker on edge while trying to find a free video converter software. Luckily I managed to get rid of most of the popping ads with adwcleaner but there are still some leftover pop up ads and I sometimes get redirected to the novarambler.ru search engine. Any ideas on how to completely remove the hijacker from my browser?
