Budget PC build

Hello I was looking into building my first gaming pc. First off I have around 600 dollars to spend on the tower itself not including the monitor and things. I want it to be at least on par with the graphics of a ps4 but hopefully better and I also would like for it to be easily up-gradable.

Here is what I have so far:
Hard Drive-WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 7200 RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch - WD10EZEX

Graphics Card-ASUS Dual-Fan Radeon Rx 480 4GB OC Edition AMD Gaming Graphics Card with DP 1.4 HDMI 2.0 (DUAL-RX480-O4G)

CPU-Intel Core i3-7100 7th Gen Core Desktop Processor 3M Cache,3.90 GHz (BX80677I37100)

Motherboard-GIGABYTE GA-B250M-DS3H (rev. 1.0) LGA 1151 Intel B250 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 Micro ATX Motherboards - Intel

Power Supply-EVGA 500B 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX 500W Power Supply

RAM-G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-1600C9S-8GXM

The only issue with your build is the RAM. Your motherboard is not compatible with DDR3 RAM, You will have to get DDR4. Other than that, this is a very good budget build. It will play games FAR better than a PS4 and you have much room for future upgrades. If you were curious, the GPU equivalent to a PS4 is probably an AMD HD 7870. Here is a direct comparison between that card and the RX 480.
