Various Problem with my HDD

I've bought an external hdd few months back. If I copy some data to my hdd I can't copy all those data from other pc. It shows some kind of can't find source type error. I thought it's an issue with my external disk case. So I bought sata cable and connected it. But still the same problem. If I try to copy a single image disk goes to 100% usages.
I have tried SeaTool for windows and ran ShortDST and it fails. Does it looks like my HDD is damaged?

Is it failing ShortDST or the SeaTool health check? Or both?

It does sound defective based on the info so far, but if it's failing one & not the other, it might be recoverable.

It is failing ShortDST. Didn't try SeaTool health check. I am getting access of few data and most of them are old.
