Architect build: small dimension, good features for render. Can i save money from the GPU?

Here it is my project. Every opinions are welcome.
As in the title, the use will be mainly rendering and 3d modelling.
The budget is around 600€ (100€ of which I already spent on the ssd ).
I was told to put money mostly in buying the cpu. So i pick a i5 with an interated gpu.
Do I need a dedicated video card?

AutoCAD, rhinoceros and Photoshop are the triplet. Am i lucky?
