Problem installing windows 10 on new pc

Okay I just built my gaming pc and turned it on and ran it first on USB then I ran it and went through the process but when I got to the part "where do you want to install windows?" I could not choose any of the options , the options were drive 0 partition 1-4 and the. Driver 0 unallocated space , I don't have a ssd just a driver what do I do ?

What are you installing it on...an HDD?

On a sea gate hard drive

Assuming there is nothing on this drive you wish to keep, select each of those partitions, and Delete.
Leaving one large space.
Let Windows install to that, creating what it needs.

Then you install whatever hardware drivers you need, and start using your system.
