Will my Dell 1505FP 15" Flat Panel LCD monitor be compatible Rx 460 4Gb oc graphics card since i have a DVI Connector ?

Second

can i use this cable combo that using with my GT 520 graphics card with the RX card ?

Combo ( HDMI cable end attached to GT 520 HDMI slot >>>> HDMI cable + (hdmi to dvi adapter

Yes, can't see why not. Monitor looks to have combined DVI-d/DVI-i connector. Looks like it has HDMI too.
