I tried it in different USB slots, 3.0/2.0 to no avail.
I downloaded the drivers for mobo and put it on USB, it wont show. This is a SSD. im using and this is a fresh pc just built it 1 day ago and first ever installation.

Solution
Getting into the BIOS can give you important information. Many installation issues for a clean OS install start at the BIOS settings. You can find out if your drives are even being detected by the computer by looking through the boot and peripheral options. You can also see if there is an odd setting causing the issue. Such as the SATA controller being disabled or storage devices being set to Legacy only.

The installer USB seems to be configured correctly. Even without the specific drivers for that controller. The Intel controller should work fine with the native Microsoft SATA AHCI drivers. I just reinstalled Windows 10 I my computer. That is what was being used until I manually installed the specific drivers for my chipset.

If you...
Your post is not particularly clear. Are you attempting to install Windows 10? Did you create an installation disc with a USB Flash Drive?

Most new computers or motherboards are going to be setup for UEFI booting. While they can be switched to legacy mode. It is better to keep them with UEFI if possible.

To create a UEFI compatible installer you will need the Windows ISO file and a utility program called RUFUS. RUFUS properly formats the USB Flash Drive and properly places the ISO contents in the Flash Drive.

Windows 10 Download: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
RUFUS Instructions: http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/15458-uefi-bootable-usb-flash-drive-create-windows.html

That is because the ISO has been unpacked onto the USB. That is how it is supposed to look. Just use the ISO from the Microsoft website I linked.

If the installer is not booting. Try manually selecting the boot drive at startup. Usually this is accomplished by pressing one of the keys from F8 to F12 during the splash screen at boot.

Otherwise go into the BIOS and check your boot options. UEFI should be enabled and the only boot option not Legacy. USB devices should be set to bootable. If it has the option Flash/Thumb Drives should be first in the boot order.

it boots right away when i turn on my pc, it goes to windows installation. it makes me pick language/version of windows/etc and then when it picks a place for me to install it it says it recognizes no drivers.

it wont let me go into bios, as when the usb is in it goes straight to windows installation.

it looks like this http://fixedit.itxpress.biz/files/2014/11/Missing1-e1416927208863.png

The installer is working as it should.

Just to clarify. With the SSD what type is it? 2.5 inch SATA, mSATA, M.2 SATA, M.2 NVMe, PCIe, &c. Better yet what is the make and model?

If a 2.5" SATA. Do you have both the SATA Power cable plugged in from the PSU and the SATA IO cable going from the motherboard to the SSD?

What is the make and model of your motherboard? Which connector are you using for the SSD? Each is labeled. What other devices are internally connected to the motherboard?

Are you using a PCIe expansion card for your drive?

Your motherboards manual should tell you how to get into the BIOS. The most typical keys are Esc, F2 and Del (Delete). As soon as you power on start tapping the keyboard. If one key doesn't work reboot and go try the next key. If the most common keys don't work try the procedure with each function key (F1 to F12). Some computers are really quick about going through POST so you need to start tapping right away.

Be sure the keyboard is in the right USB port. On some motherboards only USB 2.0, 3.0 or I suppose now 3.1 will accept keyboard commands during POST.

Yes, i have the Pins going from PSU to SSD. (There were so many i didnt know which one to choose)
Make and model for MOBO is Asock mini b150m pro4. There are no other drives attached to MOBO (ssd, hard drive)
yes i'm using a 6+2 pin for my rx 470 armor oc
thank you for your time, i highly appreciate it

EDIT: why do i have to go into the bios as it already automatically goes to windows installation? I'm just trying to find that missing driver to install it on

If you have the capabilities. You can test and verify that your SSD and HDD are at least detected on another computer.
