i5-3570k with GTX 1060?

hey, I was wondering if it would be a good idea to run an i5-3570k (4-core) on a MSI Z77A-G41 with a GTX 1060 6gb.. Is the cpu capable to run a 1060 or the mobo?

Yes, you should be good to go. The 3570K is a solid chip. Any higher than GTX 1060 i.e. GTX 1070 , 1080, then you can consider a CPU upgrade. The motherboard is also 100% compatible with the 3570K.
