I forget most of my build but I built it a couple of months ago. Pretty sure it was around 2-3 months since I built it. I know I have an MSI GTX 1060 GPU and a MSI Z170A PRO Motherboard. Describe your problem. List any error messages and symptoms. Be descriptive. It doesnt happen all the time, however I do notice it atleast a couple of times a day. When I built this computer, the first couple of months it was fine. Then I started noticing weird lines after I downloaded a wallpaper engine from steam. I figured ok this might be the thing that is causing some problems. I deleted it and Im still having this issue. My thoughts are maybe it might be the GPU. My monitor is brand new.
List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.

Forgive me if this is the wrong tag. Didnt know which to choose from.

Solution
looks like a driver issue perhaps, I would download a fresh copy of the video drivers, then run DDU in safe mode and re4move all traces of old driver reboot, then reinstall new drive in its place, then run optimize your games from GEforce then try playing again. see if graphics faults are showing again.

let us know

Trying this right now. What do you mean by "then run optimize your games from GEforce then try playing again?" Also do I download DDU on the bleeping website?

Actually, its been doing it again. Ive done exactly what you have said. Do you have any other ideas of what it might be? GPU maybe?

Sorry for the late reply. No im not doing anything of that sort. I just feel like when im gaming, its pushing the gpu to its limit and the problem starts. But then again, it happens when im not even doing anything as well. It just occurs at random moments and its bugging the crap out of me. It hasnt happened before until i would say a month ago.
